What to Expect


Thank you for choosing Aquaholics Boat Rentals. The day of the rental the operator for your group should arrive and be ready to cover the boat 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure, as well as have all necessary waivers completed prior to arriving at the docks. You will meet Randy at the top of the dock under the blue canopy. If Randy is not present the moment you arrive, he is probably finishing with another group and will be with you shortly.

Please take notice of the following:

  • Intracoastal driving is completely different than driving on a lake. Intracoastal is “skinny” in areas. The channel is wide but less than half of it is navigable. To ensure you do not run aground you have to navigate using the markers and buoys. The water is constantly rising and falling every 6 hours. Inquire about what the tide is doing prior to departure to prevent getting stuck at an island. The water is never still, there is always a current, which affects your ability to anchor in areas.
  • Aquaholics Boat Rentals provides the vessel, any add-ons you choose, and all safety equipment required by the U.S. Coast Guard. Adult life vests are on the boat, children’s life vests are sent out as needed. Customers will want to bring any food and beverages they may want for their duration of time on the water. Chairs and an umbrella are items to consider bringing or could be rented from Aquaholics. Alcohol is allowed but this is by no means a booze cruise. The operator of the vessel MUST stay under the legal limit, or could get a DWI while on the water.
  • Boats are to be returned free and clear of all trash. The boat should be back to the dock and cleared by the return time, allowing the boat to be cleaned and ready for the next group at their scheduled departure time. There are only 15 minutes from the time one group returns and the next group goes back out. Please be considerate of the other guests.
  • We want our guests to have the best and safest experience possible while visiting. If there are any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. If you feel your group may have more questions than normal feel free to reach out via email or text prior to your departure.

CANCELLATION Policy

Any cancellation with at least 3 days’ notice will result in a full refund. We do not cancel due to weather until the day of the rental. Weather is unpredictable in our area. There can be a 100% chance of rain and we get none, or it doesn’t rain until the evening. If weather prevents you from going out, we first try to reschedule; if a reschedule is not possible, we will cancel the reservation and you will receive a full refund.
