Cancellation Policy:
We need a 3 day notice for full refund minus process fees. Anything less than 3 days would be $50 charge. If we have to cancel the day of due to capacity issues- meaning your group is OVER the capacity limit in numbers and/or weight you will lose the FULL rental amount. *Capacity is STRICTLY enforced*
We understand that life happens and things come up, and we will do our best to work with you. If you need to re-schedule or cancel, please call us ASAP. Don’t wait until your rental time to call and cancel or re-schedule! If possible we will reschedule your appointment later in the season or issue a gift card.
Rain Policy:
If it is raining at the time of your rental, you are not charged a cancellation fee and we do our best to reschedule for a time that works for you. We do not cancel reservations based on a forecast. However, if a complete washout is forecasted (raining 70% or more) for the entire day, we may cancel all reservations for the day. We contact you if this happens.
Meeting Location:
Please meet at the top of the docks. There is a blue canopy located at the top of the marina dock. Please park in the gravel lot and meet Randy at the picnic table under the BLUE canopy. Parking is free in our lot for our customers.
Our Fleet
Here at Aquaholics Boat Rentals LLC we have a total of 6 boats, all are from Eastern NC’s largest boat dealer, Chatlee. All of our boats come equipped with the following:
- US Coast Guard approved safety equipment
- Life vests for all passengers
- Flotation device
- Emergency flares
- Fire extinguisher
- An anchor
Our boats for rent also have the following comfort amenities that you may find enjoyable.
- Garmen GPS system, not only has “pre marked” popular spots on the waterways, but if you get turned around, it will show you how to get back to the main channel or back to our docks.
- JBS Bluetooth SOUND system with an auxiliary cord, and a charging port for your phone.
- All boats have bimini tops for protection from the sun.
We are confident that our boats will meet your families needs and you will be 100% satisfied. Our expectation for your family when you rent our boats is to have a MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE. While we want our customers to enjoy their time out on the water however we do not condone excessive drinking while operating a vessel. The driver of the boat must return to the docks UNDER the legal alcohol limit. Keep in mind if there are any incidents marine patrol will administer tests while on the water and the customer is fully liable and responsible upon departure from our docks, until the vessel is returned.
